Anti-Inflammatory Sea Buckthorn and Bee Pollen Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothie for happy hormones and healthy gut. It is packed with anti-inflammatory and immunity friendly ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • ½ orange
  • 1-inch piece of peeled ginger root
  • 1-inch piece of peeled turmeric root
  • 1 tablespoon sea buckthorn
  • 1 tablespoon raw bee pollen (link)
  • 1 ½ cup coconut water

Method:

Add orange, sea buckthorn, bee pollen, turmeric, ginger, and coconut water to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
