Four seeds, two phases, one simple daily habit for steadier hormones.
Seed cycling is an old naturopathic practice: flax and pumpkin in the first half of your cycle, sunflower and sesame in the second. This guide explains why it works, which seeds go with which phase and how much to take, with a cycle wheel you can print and keep on the fridge.
